I do daily internet searches looking for new listings. I also communicate with my network of Realtors to see if there’s anything coming up that’s not already on the market. If I find something of interest, I’ll send it to you in an email. If I see something to get “excited” about I’ll call you just to alert you to it.
If you are interested in anything that I send, or if you see something on the market that you would like to look at, contact me and I will arrange a showing. If you are not interested, simply delete the email, no need to call.
